• Department inquiries: Your first and last name, email address, title or rank, department name, apparatus count, and an optional message.
• Communications: If you email us directly at hello@reelix.com, we receive and retain the content of those messages.

We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Waitlist notifications: To email you about product availability, testing milestones, launch announcements, and major Reelix updates.
• Department follow-up: To respond personally to department inquiries about pricing, demos, and early access programs.
• Direct communication: To reply to questions or messages you send us.

We do not use your information for:

• Selling or renting to third parties
• Targeted advertising
• Automated profiling or decision-making
• Any purpose beyond what is listed above

Our website and forms use the following third-party services:

Formspree

Our waitlist and department inquiry forms are processed by Formspree (formspree.io). When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree on our behalf. Formspree acts as a data processor. You can review Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser fetches these fonts, Google may receive your IP address as a standard part of the request. We do not control this data transfer. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Cloudflare CDN

JavaScript animation libraries on this site are loaded from Cloudflare's CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). Cloudflare may log standard request data including IP addresses as part of CDN operation. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or social media embeds that collect your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for:

• Waitlist entries are retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or Reelix completes its commercial launch and waitlist is closed.
• Department inquiries are retained for the duration of any active communication or relationship with your department.
• Email correspondence is retained as long as necessary for business purposes.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@reelix.com.

5. Your Rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

• Unsubscribe from any email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@reelix.com.
• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your data. We will comply within a reasonable timeframe.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@reelix.com with a clear description of your request. We aim to respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking tools.

Your browser may store standard browser data (such as cached files or locally stored preferences) as part of normal operation — this is controlled by your browser, not by us.

Third-party CDN providers (Google Fonts, Cloudflare) may set their own cookies as part of their content delivery operations. We do not control these.

7. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS via Formspree. We do not store your personal data in our own databases — it resides with Formspree, which employs industry-standard security measures.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us at hello@reelix.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our business evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
